Delivery, Postage and Packing

We use Royal Mail for the delivery of your goods.

Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £2.95 per order using Royal Mail Second Class post. Orders placed after 12:00 or at any time over a weekend or during a U.K. public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Larger orders will incur higher delivery charges, please contact us for details.

You should receive your items within 3-5 working days of your order being processed.

Unity Sports accepts no responsibility for loss when incorrect delivery details have been given by the customer. Please double check you have given the right delivery information before completing your order.

In the rare event an order isn’t received by the customer and is lost in transit, we will require the customer to assist our claim for compensation from the courier.

Failure to assist us in a claim for loss or damage from the courier will result in the customer being charged for the full amount of the goods lost.

Orders returned to Unity Sports by the carrier will have a redelivery charge applied for the redelivery.

Unfortunately we do not deliver outside the UK at present.

If an item is not shown as being on back order and we cannot despatch it within 10 working days we will endeavour to correspond with you by email to advise you of the expected delivery date and take your instructions.

All quoted delivery times are from the time of despatch of your order, and are based on standard working days Monday-Friday.
