1. What are the rash vests made of?

The vests are 83% Polyester and 17% Spandex. Polyester is hydrophobic meaning it does not absorb water. Polyester/Spandex has excellent colour retention and will not fade over time.

2. What are your delivery times and charges?

Subject to cleared payments, we endeavour to dispatch your order the same working day. You can expect to receive your items 3-5 working days after your order has been received. For full delivery, postage and packing details please see our delivery information.

3. What are the sizes of the vests?

The vests are meant to be like a second skin so will be tight fitting. A good fitting vest should feel tight when first put on but once in use the vest should not feel restrictive. The sleeves are cut just above the elbow to ensure insulation of bicep muscles. The neck is cut low approximately 20mm.


4. Do you offer printing?

We do not offer a printing service at present. For short runs we recommend sourcing flexible digital screen print transfers. These are available in quantities of 25+ and do not have set up charges. Trimax transfers are available at www.ja-int.co.uk. These can be heat sealed on to the rash vests by most local clothing printers. Flexible vinyl can also be used as a print format and sublimation is also suitable for our white rash guards.

5. How many vests do I need to buy to receive a discount?

If you require 15 or more vests then discounts of 5-10% are available online. These discounts will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart. 6. Can I mix colours and sizes when ordering?

Yes. Because there are no minimum order requirements, colours and sizes can be ordered in any quantities.

8. What makes the vests suitable for wet sports as well as dry sports?

Used for wet sports the rash vests will stop rashes occurring from rub/friction, particularly when worn under a wetsuit. They will also help to retain warmth when worn under a wetsuit. All our vests offer UPV50+ protection so are great for preventing burning, when spending time in the sun they can be worn as part of your swimwear at the beach or waterpark. For dry sports the vests excell in pulling moisture, generated by sweat, away from the body.

9. Can I screen print onto these vests?

Yes they can be screen printed, but please ensure that a flexible ink is used. Because Polyester, unlike Nylon, doesn’t melt at the temperature needed for heat press applications, flexible vinyl graphics and sublimation are also suitable.




10. What do you mean by unbranded?

The vests are completely free of any prints, logos or text. The vests have no neck labels, the size label is in the side seam. This means you can print the vest and the neck with your own logos, completely rebranding the garment as your own.

11. How do I wash the vest after use?

Wash at 30 degrees. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry.

12. Is there a difference between a rash vest and a rash guard?

No, rash vest is traditionally what they are called in the UK. Most other countries refer to them as rash guards.

13. Can I pay by cheque?

Yes you can pay by cheque, simply contact us with your order via email and once the cheque has been received and cleared we will dispatch your goods as usual. You van also pay by direct bank transfer if you prefer and once the payment is received and cleared we will dispatch your goods.
