Unity Sports reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic representations shown on this site and the listing of an item does not guarantee that stock is available.

You must ensure that the information supplied by you is correct before proceeding to payment. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery problems and may not be able to provide you with a refund if you give Us inaccurate or incomplete information.

We will not be responsible for injury loss damage or expense you might suffer that is caused by any action or lack of action taken as a result of relying on information contained in this web site, the product labelling or as a result of a product failing to perform as expected.

Privacy

Unity Sports do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Pricing Policy

All prices on the Unity Sports website in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate. In addition to the price of any goods you may also be required to pay a delivery charge.

Order Processing

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except American Express).

When placing an order it is imperative that you type in the cardholders name exactly as it is shown on the card, and the billing address exactly as it is shown on the statement.

Your card will be debited when you have submitted your order. A full refund will be given promptly in the unlikely event that stock is unavailable.

Returns

EU Cancellation Rights

Under the consumer protection 2000 regulations (distance selling) you have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can cancel your order without giving a reason. The 7 days begin from when you receive the goods.
Once we have received your cancellation in writing we will issue a returns number. From the date we issue a returns number you then have a further 7 days to return the goods to us for a full refund.

EU Returns Policies

If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return it to us. Any items returned must be in the original packaging and seal. If items are found to be soiled, dirty or smelling of smoke etc then Unity Sports reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please contact Unity Sports within 7 days of receiving your item for a returns number. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date a returns number is issued.

It is important that you clearly mark your returns number on the front of the package. Failure to do so will mean that your package will not be accepted.

Exchanges will incur a delivery charge both on the returns to us and on the replacement item.

For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature.

Unity Sports is not responsible for items which are not received and not insured adequately so please remember to obtain a proof of postage.

Upon receiving the returned item we will post any requested exchanges and process the refund within 48 hours.

If the goods you have ordered are found to be faulty, or sent incorrectly, we will cover the cost of all postage.

Back Orders

We try to carry as much stock as possible, however, despite our best efforts, at certain times popular items may be out of stock. If this is the case we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order please contact us at any time.

Please note we never disclose customer information to a third party.

Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.
